If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
3. Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label, and a small return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
4. Refund Method
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Customized or personalized items, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
